GUWAHATI: Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, marking a significant comeback amidst various challenges such as criminal charges and attempted assassinations. The ceremony, initially planned for the west front of the US Capitol, has been relocated to the Capitol Rotunda due to harsh winter conditions.
The nation’s capital is undertaking rigorous security measures to ensure a smooth event. Unlike the tumultuous events of 2021, authorities do not expect major protests or violence.
