• Role: Company Secretary Professional (On Contract)

• Essential Qualification: Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: A minimum of one year in a listed or unlisted company’s secretariat, excluding internships or training, is required.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be 29 years or younger as of the application deadline, with age relaxations available: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and as per government directives for PwBD candidates.
