On his return from a government function in Udaipur, Gomati District, he encountered an injured individual stranded on Gokulnagar Road in Sepahijala District after a road accident. Displaying remarkable compassion and leadership, Dr. Saha promptly halted his convoy to assist the victim.

With the aid of local residents, the injured person was swiftly transported using one of the convoy vehicles to the nearest hospital. Acknowledging the vital need for prompt medical care, Dr. Saha directly contacted the attending doctors, insisting on the best possible treatment for the victim.
