Get Ready for McValue Revolution: Unbelievable McDonald’s Deals Coming in 2025!
McDonald’s is gearing up for new value offerings in 2025 to retain customers frustrated by rising restaurant prices. The fast-food chain plans to continue its $5 value meal introduced earlier this year and is proposing a “buy one add one” option for $1 more. This deal could feature items like a double cheeseburger or McChicken sandwich, according to sources. McDonald’s is also maintaining various local and app-based deals nationwide, such as 10-piece nuggets for $1.
These proposals are under operator review, but insiders believe the plan will be approved. McDonald’s acknowledged customer concerns over costs and expressed commitment to affordable pricing while hinting at bigger value offerings in 2025. The company recently saw earnings surpass expectations, despite a 1.5% drop in global same-store sales and a slight U.S. sales increase. CEO Chris Kempczinski emphasized the importance of solid value propositions paired with exciting food news and effective marketing.
However, the brand is facing challenges, such as an E. coli outbreak linked to its slivered onions, impacting October traffic and fourth-quarter earnings. To counteract this and stimulate recovery, McDonald’s plans to invest over $100 million in franchisee support and traffic-driving initiatives. Of this, $65 million is intended for franchisees in the hardest-hit areas, with an additional $35 million earmarked for marketing efforts.
