On November 3, Manipur’s Chief Minister, N. Biren Singh, honored the memory of his late father, N. Goura Singh, during the Ningol Chakouba festival. The chief minister visited the pond in Luwangsangbam, which his father had dedicated to their village, to pay his respects. This homage was documented on the social platform X, where CM N.
