Unforgettable Waltair Conclave No.7: Celebrate 100 Years of Legacy and Inspiration!
The Waltair Conclave No. 7 marked its centenary with a grand celebration at the Hamilton Memorial Masonic Temple near Beach Road, Visakhapatnam. The event featured a workshop for members and was highlighted by the generous donation of two desktop computers equipped with Braille keyboards to the Government Residential School for Visually Challenged Girls in Rushikonda. This donation was made by B. Kamakoti, Grand Master of India, alongside K.S. Pureswaran, Grand Master of Southern India.
During the celebrations, long-term service awards were presented to fifteen members, recognizing 40 and 25 years of dedicated service. The event saw participation from over 120 members across Chennai, Bengaluru, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, showcasing the widespread reach and camaraderie of the conclave.
The smooth execution of the centenary celebrations was orchestrated by Varanasi Narasimham, chairman of the centenary celebrations committee, and D.N. Raju, the supreme ruler of Waltair Conclave No. 7. This significant milestone underscores the enduring legacy and impact of the conclave in the region.
