Arkade Developers IPO Allotment Finalized, Shares to List on September 24
The initial public offering (IPO) of real estate company Arkade Developers garnered robust investor interest, with the subscription period spanning September 16-19. The company will credit shares into the demat accounts of successful bidders on September 23 and initiate refunds on the same day for those whose applications were rejected. The shares are set to list on September 24 on both BSE and NSE.
The IPO had a price band of ₹121 to ₹128 per share, with the company raising ₹410 crore through an entirely fresh issue of 3.2 crore equity shares. The issue was highly oversubscribed, with a total subscription rate of 106.83 times. The retail portion was subscribed 51.39 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portions saw subscriptions of 163.02 times and 163.16 times respectively.
In the grey market, Arkade Developers’ shares are trading at a premium of ₹86 per share, suggesting a potential listing price of ₹214 per share—67% above the IPO price of ₹128.
Unistone Capital Pvt Ltd acted as the book running lead manager for the IPO, with Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd serving as the registrar.
