Revolutionary Relief: Arunachal Launches Life-Changing Mobile App for Effortless Doctor Appointments
Arunachal Pradesh Health Minister Biyuram Wahge has launched a new mobile application at the TRIHMS Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences in Naharlagun. This innovative app aims to revolutionize healthcare access in the state by enabling residents to book doctor appointments from their homes, thus eliminating long waits at hospitals.
The app also incorporates ABHA-based scan and share technology, allowing users to conveniently scan a QR code upon arrival at the hospital for swift registration and ticket generation.
In addition to unveiling the mobile application, Wahge inaugurated the District Integrated Public Health Laboratory (DIPHL) and the Blood Centre (BCSU), with Advisor Dr. Mohesh Chai in attendance.
During the ceremony, Wahge honored the memory of a trainee doctor from Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College and Hospital who recently passed away.
