In the initial two commercials, Ranbir Kapoor relies on OPPO’s AI to enhance his photos, whether it’s removing an unwanted photobomb from his beach selfie or adjusting his facial expressions. The subsequent ads see the AI assisting Kapoor in shopping for his family during a vacation and locating his friends on a remote island.
Karan Dua, Head of Product Marketing at OPPO India, expressed excitement over launching the OPPO Reno12 Series in India, emphasizing the blend of OPPO AI technology and sophisticated design. He praised Famous Innovations for their creative execution that highlights the Reno12’s features alongside Kapoor’s versatility and dedication.
Sumit Chaurasia, Founding Partner and Creative Head at Famous Innovations, explained that the goal was to integrate OPPO’s AI technology seamlessly with Kapoor’s on-screen presence. By creating a life-sized CGI Avatar of the AI, the ad showcases its intelligence and user-friendliness. Kapoor’s interactions with the AI illustrate how OPPO’s technology addresses challenges in outdoor travel photography.
The OPPO Reno12 Series is available for pre-order from July 12, with official sales starting on July 18.
