The Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Sonitpur, under the Sonitpur Judiciary, has invited applications for one contractual Driver post. Applicants must have completed at least Class VIII and not more than Class X education to be eligible, and must hold a valid light motor vehicle (LMV) driving licence for a minimum of two years. The post is contractual and requires practical driving ability; selection will be by a driving test followed by a viva‑voce interview.
Age requirements specify a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years as on the date of advertisement, with statutory age relaxations: five years for SC/ST candidates (upper limit 45 years) and three years for OBC/MOBC candidates (upper limit 43 years). Applicants claiming reservation must submit a certificate from the competent authority along with their application.
Candidates should submit the standard application form with self‑attested copies of all testimonials proving educational qualification, age, caste and, if any, experience certificates, along with a copy of the Employment Exchange registration card. Three recent passport‑size photographs, signed on the reverse by the candidate, must be enclosed. The envelope should be clearly marked “DROP BOX OF APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF DRIVER (contractual basis)” before being deposited in the designated drop box.
