Their tendency to seek solitude can also foster creativity, facilitating deeper, more innovative thinking. “This dichotomy in how we perceive personality results in a tremendous loss of talent and happiness,” she says. “We need to embrace a more balanced approach that values both introverted and extroverted leadership styles.”
