Guwahati: A chilling crime unfolded in the capital on Sunday night when a young man identified as Imran Ali allegedly transported a woman’s body in his car and abandoned it outside Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Eyewitnesses reported a dramatic scene as Ali rushed the woman’s body into the emergency ward on a hospital trolley before making a hurried escape.
His suspicious behavior aroused the attention of security personnel, who swiftly pursued him and apprehended him just outside the hospital gates. Investigators were left stunned when witnesses noted that foam was oozing from the woman’s mouth, leading to disturbing speculations of poisoning or foul play.
