In a notable development for collaboration between Sikkim and Mumbai, Khrisha Shah Ambani and Jai Anmol Ambani met with Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) in Gangtok last week. The collaboration began when Choeki and Khrisha connected at the Indian Creative Consortium during a UNESCO forum, sharing a vision for sustainable impact. Khrisha’s recent visit represents a culmination of previous engagements, including her earlier trip to Sikkim and Choeki’s recent visit to Mumbai, which has significantly deepened their partnership.
During last week’s discussions, Chief Minister Tamang expressed enthusiasm for the proposed initiatives, underscoring the state government’s commitment to partnerships that align with Sikkim’s developmental goals and cultural values. Both parties view the PPP model as a means to drive innovative and effective contributions to education, health, and socio-economic development, inspired by the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—“the world is one family.”
