Bharat Petroleum has announced the recruitment of Associate Executives for various positions in 2025. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for these roles, which include positions in Official Language Implementation and Brand & PR.
For the Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation) position, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Hindi from a two-year course, with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. This requirement is relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Additionally, applicants should have studied English in Class XII, also with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates). Candidates with allied disciplines can apply if they provide an equivalence certificate from their university. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in translation work between English and Hindi is essential. Applicants must also be familiar with the implementation of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India.
For the Associate Executive (Brand & PR) role, candidates should possess a postgraduate degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Advertising, or Brand Management, with an aggregate of at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Similar to the previous position, allied disciplines will be considered only if an equivalence certificate is provided. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in roles such as Brand Manager, PR Manager, or Social Media Manager.
Interested candidates can apply online starting July 23, 2025, through the Bharat Petroleum website, with the application window closing on August 9, 2025. Application fees are waived for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. However, UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1180, which includes the basic fee and applicable taxes.
