PM मोदी ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद क्या नई योजनाएँ बनाई?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on May 12, following the successful Operation Sindoor, emphasizing that India will not tolerate nuclear blackmail. He stated that the country will decisively target threats that arise from specific hubs, labeling Operation Sindoor as “a pledge of justice” aimed at dismantling global terrorist networks. The operation successfully destroyed key terrorist training centers in Pakistan, specifically in Bahawalpur and Mudrike, which are notorious as breeding grounds for terror attacks, including the 9/11 attacks and the 2005 London tube bombings, as well as various assaults on Indian soil.
Modi asserted that India’s actions killed over 100 terrorists who had long operated freely in Pakistan, thus sending a strong message to the neighboring country. He condemned Pakistan’s reaction to the strike, which included attacks on Indian schools, colleges, temples, gurudwaras, military centers, and civilian homes, revealing Pakistan’s true intentions. Modi remarked, “Instead of backing India’s efforts, they attacked us,” adding that the world witnessed how Pakistan’s missiles and drones failed to breach India’s air defense systems.
In response, India executed precise strikes on critical Pakistani military airbases, compromising their capabilities. Modi noted that within three days, Pakistan incurred damages greater than anticipated, prompting them to seek ways to de-escalate the situation and reach out to the international community. He revealed that Pakistani military officials contacted India’s Directorate General of Military Operations (DGMO), “pleading for an end to the conflict,” and promised to halt military actions and terrorist activities. However, Modi assured that India would remain vigilant, stating, “While the immediate threat has been paused, we are constantly monitoring their movements,” with the Armed Forces, Navy, Air Force, and Border Security Force on high alert.
Modi confirmed that Operation Sindoor has set a new precedent, reiterating that India’s policy of surgical and air strikes would continue as the “new normal.” He firmly stated, “Any terrorist activity on Indian soil will be met with strikes on our terms.” The Prime Minister also highlighted evidence of state-sponsored terrorism, noting the Pakistan Army’s involvement in the funerals of terrorists. He emphasized, “Terrorism and diplomacy cannot go hand in hand.”
In his appeal to the international community, Modi conveyed that India’s dialogue with Pakistan would focus on two crucial issues: terrorism and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Wrapping up his address on the occasion of Buddha Purima, he referenced Lord Buddha’s teachings, saying, “Buddha showed us the path to peace, and that path requires strength. India must remain strong, and when required, we will wield that strength. This is what India has done in the past few days.” Modi concluded by honoring the Indian armed forces for their exceptional role in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and security, reinforcing India’s unwavering commitment to combat terrorism.
