Guwahati: In a swift operation, Guwahati Police apprehended a suspected thief, identified as David Medhi, aged 27, from Jorabat 13 Mile. Medhi was arrested on Saturday night, February 1, at Balughat, for allegedly stealing iron rods. The arrest was made by officers from the Basistha Police Station, who successfully recovered the stolen items from the suspect’s possession. Authorities are continuing their investigation as more details are awaited.
