The personnel at the Home Guards, Civil Defence, and SDRF Baptist Church at Central Training Institute (CTI) Toluvi gathered for Uniform Sunday on February 2, a significant event in the annual calendar organized under the Nagaland Police Baptist Churches Association. Renchamo P. Kikon, IPS, the Director General of Home Guards, Civil Defence, and SDRF, delivered a speech, reflecting on the church’s growth from a modest gathering to its current recognized status.
