The personnel at the Home Guards, Civil Defence, and SDRF Baptist Church at Central Training Institute (CTI) Toluvi gathered for Uniform Sunday on February 2, a significant event in the annual calendar organized under the Nagaland Police Baptist Churches Association. Renchamo P. Kikon, IPS, the Director General of Home Guards, Civil Defence, and SDRF, delivered a speech, reflecting on the church’s growth from a modest gathering to its current recognized status. He commended the church for its unwavering dedication to the spiritual well-being of departmental staff and acknowledged the remarkable progress fueled by faith and commitment.
Kikon underscored the importance of leadership marked by dedication, sincerity, and discipline, urging officers and those in command to lead by example, thus positively influencing department personnel.
