DIBRUGARH: "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" Camp Fosters Unity and Cultural Exchange

The second phase of the "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" (EBSB) Camp, organized by the NCC Directorate of the North Eastern Region, commenced on January 2, 2025, at Dibrugarh University, under the NCC Group Headquarters, Dibrugarh. Spanning 12 days and concluding on January 13, 2025, the camp aims to promote national integration and cultural exchange. A total of 600 NCC cadets from Delhi, West Bengal, Sikkim, and the North Eastern states have gathered for this significant event, which serves as a platform for exchanging cultural values and fostering unity among cadets from diverse backgrounds.

A major highlight of the camp was the cultural programme held on January 6, 2025, at Dibrugarh University. This vibrant showcase of cultural traditions from each participating region emphasized India’s rich diversity and was attended by senior Army officers, adding prestige to the event.

The camp is overseen by the Commanding Officer of the 10 Assam Battalion NCC, Dibrugarh, as a crucial part of the "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" initiative. This endeavor plays a pivotal role in strengthening unity and collaboration among young cadets across the nation, reinforcing the bonds of diversity and national pride.
