Transformative Launch: Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw Unveils Rs 121 Crore Water Supply Scheme in Jagiroad for a Thriving Future

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited Jagiroad today to conduct the bhoomi pujan for a Rs 121 crore water supply scheme at the site of the Tata Semiconductor Project. This initiative, announced by the government, aims to bolster the region’s water supply infrastructure, facilitating local development and enhancing essential services for the community. Assam Minister Piyush Hazarika emphasized the project’s significance in improving basic amenities for residents.

Vaishnaw traveled to Jagiroad via a special train and headed directly to the Tata Semiconductor Project site following his arrival. During his visit, he will inspect the ongoing semiconductor projects and related developments, underscoring the government’s commitment to improving technological infrastructure in Assam.
