The community has demanded an investigation by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Dipak Majumdar, urging them to personally inspect the deteriorating state of local infrastructure.

Concerns were particularly raised about the poor repair quality on Dhaleswar Road No. 3, where recent resurfacing efforts using low-grade pitch have resulted in materials disintegrating under the pressure of traffic and pedestrians. Manimukta Bhattacharya, the local councilor, has been criticized by residents who note that, despite frequenting this roadway, its condition has only worsened to nearly impassable levels.
