Key athletes to watch include Manipur’s Y Minakshi Devi, competing in the 50kg category. She has had a remarkable year, winning the U-23 Asian Championship gold in Jordan and previously securing a silver medal at the World Championship. Another promising wrestler is Haryana’s Jyoti, in the 53kg category, who has already made waves by participating in the Junior World Championship in Spain in 2024 and medaling at the Cadet Asian Championship.
