Union Minister Pralhad Joshi inaugurated the second phase of the subsidised Bharat Atta and Bharat Rice retail initiative in New Delhi by launching mobile vans. This initiative, part of the government’s effort to manage inflation, offers Bharat Atta at Rs 30 per kg and Bharat Rice at Rs 34 per kg. Managed by the National Co-operative Consumers’ Federation of India (NCCF), National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd (NAFED), and Kendriya Bhandar, the mobile vans will distribute these products.
