On October 27, Mumbai reached a peak AQI of 202, labeled ‘poor,’ signaling potential respiratory discomfort for the population. Various city areas, including Bandra Reclamation and Byculla, reported ‘moderate’ AQI levels, which pose breathing challenges to those with existing health issues. While some locations like Colaba and Powai showed a ‘satisfactory’ AQI, the overall environment signals a pressing concern for residents aiming to combat pollution for future generations.
