Modi noted the formation of a National Cyber Coordination Centre to combat such frauds, with thousands of fake IDs and SIM cards being blocked. Victims are urged to use the hashtag #SafeDigitalIndia to raise awareness, and educational institutions are encouraged to engage students in the fight against cyber scams.
The broadcast also celebrated “World Animation Day,” with Modi highlighting India’s evolving animation industry and its global impact. He expressed pride in Indian talent contributing to international productions and championed #CulturalBridges and #FitIndia initiatives, promoting cultural and fitness-related activities.
Modi commemorated the 150th birth anniversaries of Sardar Patel and Bhagwan Birsa Munda, highlighting their vision for national unity. He also admired efforts in preserving cultural heritage through calligraphy and folk art, while acknowledging Indian classical dance’s growing popularity worldwide.
