Devastating Betrayal: CM Himanta Condemns Soren’s Empty Promises and Neglect of Women’s Needs
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has openly criticized Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for allegedly failing to fulfill his promise of providing employment to 500,000 youths in the state. Sarma questioned the effectiveness of Soren’s leadership and policies, especially in light of recent allegations of corruption and irregularities in the recruitment process, including incidents of paper leaks during examinations.
Sarma also took aim at a recent Jharkhand Cabinet decision to offer Rs 2,500 in aid to women, suggesting that it was a politically motivated move made just an hour before the election announcement. He expressed strong doubts about the sincerity of Soren’s vows, even going so far as to challenge the Jharkhand CM on his familial ties and commitments. “If I swear on my father, I will die, but I will never break my promise,” Sarma asserted, criticizing Soren for allegedly breaking a vow made on his father.
Finally, Sarma questioned the actualization of Soren’s promise of financial aid for unemployed youths, implying that no such assistance had manifested. Through his statements, Sarma painted a picture of unmet promises and dubious political maneuvers under Soren’s leadership, urging a critical assessment of the Jharkhand administration’s claims and decisions.
