Shocking Scandal: Sean ‘Diddy’ Faces Devastating Sexual Misconduct Accusations from 120 Brave Survivors
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced on Tuesday he is representing 120 individuals alleging sexual misconduct against hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, currently awaiting trial for sex trafficking. Buzbee disclosed at a press conference that lawsuits will likely be filed within the next month in New York and Los Angeles. The accusers comprise 60 males and 60 females, with 25 being minors at the time of the alleged incidents, which span from 1991 to this year. Buzbee emphasized the gravity of the claims, mentioning that one accuser was just nine years old during the purported abuse.
Responding to the new allegations, Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff denied the accusations, calling them “false and defamatory.” She stated that Combs is eager to prove his innocence in court.
Buzbee revealed that over 3,280 individuals contacted his firm with similar allegations against Combs. After careful examination, 120 individuals were chosen for representation, with others still under review. Some clients have communicated with the FBI.
The alleged victims are from over 25 states, predominantly California, New York, Georgia, and Florida. Most accusations pinpoint misconduct at parties in New York, California, and Florida, where victims allegedly consumed drugged drinks. Additional allegations include abuse during industry auditions, promising stardom to young hopefuls.
Combs, 54, has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since pleading not guilty on September 17 to federal charges. The indictment accuses him of using his “power and prestige” to compel women into drugged sexual activities with male sex workers at events known as “Freak Offs.” He faces charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, to which he pleads not guilty.
Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and influential music executive, founded Bad Boy Records in 1993. Known for collaborations with Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Usher, he recently sold his stake in Revolt TV. Buzbee, who previously represented NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson in a high-profile sexual misconduct case, continues to assess further claims against Combs.
