The ISMR is intended to advance the India‑Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and to help businesses and governments in the Indo‑Pacific diversify supply chains and build resilience amid geopolitical uncertainty. Formal sessions of the fourth ISMR are expected to consider practical measures that could lead to announcements on trade facilitation, investment, technology partnerships and capacity‑building initiatives, while identifying new areas of cooperation in emerging industries.
