Mayank Jain’s Visionary Leadership Wins Major Architectural Award
Mayank Jain, chairman and driving force behind VIVA Composite Panel Private Limited, was honoured with the Visionary Leader in Architectural Solutions Award at the HT Media Presents Crafting Bharat Business Conclave & Awards 2026 on June 12, 2026, at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, recognising his leadership and impact on architectural design and manufacturing. The award highlights Jain’s strategic vision in advancing design-led building solutions and scaling manufacturing capabilities in the architectural surface sector.
Under Jain’s leadership, VIVA Composite Panel has grown into one of India’s leading architectural surface solutions brands, noted for innovation, product quality and manufacturing strength in the ACP (aluminium composite panel) industry. The company’s product portfolio now spans ACP, honeycomb panels, solid sheets, AHPL, louvers and baffles, and a range of interior products, positioning VIVA as a full-service architectural surface solutions provider rather than a single-product manufacturer.
A core advantage for VIVA is its large-scale manufacturing footprint. The company currently operates a plant across 70 acres and plans to add 20 more acres soon, expanding the manufacturing campus to 90 acres. VIVA is described as one of Asia’s most advanced ACP manufacturers, citing strong production capacity, modern technology and ongoing investments in manufacturing excellence.
The broader Indian ACP market is estimated at around ₹8,000–₹10,000 crore and is growing at an estimated CAGR of 11–12% annually. Riding this momentum, VIVA reported an annual turnover of ₹850 crore and aims to reach ₹2,000 crore by mid-2029 (within three years of the June 12, 2026 award), leveraging expanded capacity, a widening product range and deeper market reach.
VIVA also emphasises customer experience and design engagement through an extensive network of more than 75 experience centres across India, allowing architects, designers, builders and clients to explore finishes, textures and applications in person. The company’s investments in technology, R&D, quality systems and product development have supported its presence across residential, commercial, institutional, retail, hospitality, infrastructure and large-scale real estate projects.
Jain credited the recognition to the collective efforts of VIVA’s employees, channel partners, customers and design partners, and reiterated the company’s commitment to innovation, capability expansion and delivering world-class architectural products that meet the evolving needs of modern construction. The award marks a milestone for both Jain and VIVA as the company pursues aggressive growth and broader influence in India’s architectural solutions market.
