Unveiling the Power Play: DCM Eknath Shinde, Minister Shirsat, and Uddhav’s Trusted Ally Milind Narvekar on Kharat’s Call List!
Social activist Anjali Damania has raised serious accusations against prominent Maharashtra politicians, alleging ties to arrested godman Ashok Kharat, who is currently incarcerated in Nashik for a range of serious offenses, including black magic, rape, and land grabbing. Damania’s claims, based on call detail records (CDR) she asserts to have, indicate that Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Minister Sanjay Shirsat were among those who had extensive communication with Kharat.
According to Damania, there were a total of 17 calls exchanged between Eknath Shinde and Ashok Kharat. Of these, Kharat initiated 10 calls to Shinde, while the Deputy Chief Minister reached out to Kharat seven times. Notably, one of these calls reportedly lasted an extensive 21 minutes, suggesting a significant degree of interaction.
The call exchanges don’t end there. Damania highlighted that the highest volume of calls was between Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Rupali Chakankar and Kharat, tallying an astonishing 177 calls. Additionally, Chakankar’s sister also engaged with Kharat, with 236 calls recorded between them. Damania pointed out that conversations were not limited to just these individuals; other politicians such as NCP state president Sunil Tatkare and BJP ministers Chandrakant Patil and Ashish Shelar also had multiple interactions.
Adding to the gravity of the situation, Damania stated that Milind Narvekar, a close aide of Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sena UBT leader, also had several communications with Kharat. Intriguingly, Damania revealed that Kharat’s contact list extended to high-ranking officials, including a senior IPS officer, raising questions about the implications of these associations.
These allegations come at a time when the political landscape in Maharashtra is already charged, making it crucial for the involved parties to respond transparently. The revelations spur greater scrutiny of the relationships between political figures and controversial individuals, inviting public concerns about accountability and integrity in governance.
As the story unfolds, the attention will likely turn not only to the allegations themselves but also to the broader implications for the involved politicians and their respective parties. The situation embodies a complex intersection of politics, crime, and social activism in Maharashtra, ripe for further investigation and public discourse.
The veracity of Damania’s claims is still to be established as reactions from the accused politicians are awaited. How this situation evolves may significantly impact political dynamics in the state, particularly as the calls raise questions about ethical conduct and potential corruption.
This emerging situation will no doubt be monitored closely by political analysts, journalists, and the public, showing how the interplay of power, crime, and social accountability shapes Maharashtra’s political narrative.
