Tinsukia Police Nab 4 Coal Smugglers, Seize Cash and Critical Evidence
In a major crackdown on illegal activities, the Lekhapani Forest team, led by Ranger Parismita Neog, in collaboration with Ledu police, seized a substantial amount of cash, as well as incriminating documents and files, from the residence of Kaushal Singh, a notorious coal trader, in Ledu, Tinsukia district, Assam. The Lekhapani Forest team, under the supervision of TC Ranjith Ram, IFS, the DFO of Digboi, had been conducting a thorough investigation into the illegal activities in the region.
