Bihar Board to Announce Class 12 Results on March 25: Here’s What You Need to Know
The wait is almost over for students who appeared for the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Class 12 exams, as the results are set to be announced on March 25 at 1:15 PM. The press conference, to be held at the BSEB office in Patna, will feature Education Minister Sunil Kumar and BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore, who will declare the merit list. Once the conference concludes, the results will be available on the official website.
According to the Bihar Board, a total of 12,92,313 students registered for the exams, with 641,847 girls and 650,466 boys participating. Students can access the results by visiting the official website at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, by following a simple registration process that requires their roll number and date of birth.
The BSEB Class 12 scorecard will provide crucial information, including the student’s name, roll code, roll number, and selected stream, as well as their performance in theory and practical exams, total aggregate marks, and division – first, second, or third. Last year, the pass percentage increased to 87.21% for all streams combined, with 87.80% for science, 86.15% for arts, and 94.88% for commerce students.
In 2024, 5,24,939 students secured first division, 5,04,897 students attained second division, and 96,595 students received third division. The performance in the vocational stream saw 85.38% of students qualifying, with 39,658 candidates appearing in the Inter Commerce exams, of which 26,338 were boys and 13,320 were girls.
