Delhi Election Results 2025: Allegations and Preparations Ahead of Vote Counting

As the Delhi Assembly election results approach, tensions escalate with serious allegations and extensive preparations underway. AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal has accused the BJP of attempting to sway AAP candidates with lucrative offers, including Rs 15 crore and ministerial positions. In his recent statement on social media platform X, Kejriwal claimed that 16 AAP candidates received these enticing calls, intensifying the political drama.

Responding to these "poaching" allegations, the Delhi BJP has called for an investigation in a letter to Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. Wednesday’s election recorded a 60.44% voter turnout across Delhi’s 70 Assembly constituencies. Notably, the North East district led with a 66.25% turnout, while the South East district recorded the lowest at 56.31%.
