Heartwarming Union: Jeet Adani’s Wedding Bliss as Gautam Adani Gifts a Generous Rs 10,000 Crore for Noble Causes
Jeet Adani, the youngest son of billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani, married Diva Jaimin Shah in a private and traditional ceremony in Ahmedabad. The wedding took place at the Belvedere Club in Shantigram, the Adani township, and was marked by the couple’s elegant traditional attire and intimate exchange of vows. Gautam Adani shared the wedding photos on social media, expressing his gratitude and seeking blessings for the newlyweds. He highlighted the ceremony’s exclusivity, attended only by close family and friends, and revealed a significant philanthropic gesture: a Rs 10,000 crore donation towards healthcare, education, and skill development initiatives. This aligns with his philosophy, “Seva Sadhana hai, Seva prarthana hai, Seva hi paramatma hai.”
In keeping with Jain and Gujarati traditions, the wedding featured a playful garland exchange and a tender moment when Jeet kissed Diva on the forehead. The music accompanying their wedding video was “Nachdi Phira” from the film Secret Superstar. Prior to the wedding, Jeet and Diva visited Mitti Café, an NGO promoting employment for people with disabilities, to personally invite the staff and share celebratory moments. Additionally, Gautam Adani introduced the ‘Mangal Seva’ program, offering ₹10 lakh financial aid annually to 500 newly married women with disabilities, a cause actively supported by the couple.
Jeet Adani, a director at Adani Airports, manages six international airports and oversees the construction of the Navi Mumbai airport. Despite expectations of an extravagant affair, Gautam Adani had maintained that his son’s wedding would be “simple and traditional,” a vow he fulfilled with this understated and meaningful event.
