Amit Shah to Virtually Ignite Opportunity: Tripura’s Empowering Appointment Letter Distribution Program Launches Tomorrow
Agartala, 4th February 2025: On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the Tripura government’s job offer distribution program via a virtual platform. This significant event will take place at Swami Vivekananda Maidan in Agartala, where 2,806 individuals will receive their appointment letters for various positions within state government departments.
The ceremony, an important milestone in the state’s employment drive, will be presided over by Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha. A host of key ministers will also attend the event, highlighting its importance. Among those present will be Agriculture Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Industries and Commerce Minister Santana Chakma, Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Tinku Roy, Tribal Welfare Minister Bikas Debbarma, Fisheries Minister Sudhangshu Das, Cooperatives Minister Shuklacharan Noatia, Forest Minister Animesh Debbarma, Minister of State for Industries and Commerce Brishketu Debbarma, and Chief Secretary JK Sinha.
The distribution of appointment letters will cover roles filled through the Joint Recruitment Board of Tripura (JRBT), encompassing an array of government positions such as Pharmacists specializing in Allopathy, Homeopathy, and Ayurveda under the Health Department. Additionally, candidates have been selected for roles as Lab Technicians and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) across diverse government departments.
Candidates who have been selected for these positions are instructed to report to Swami Vivekananda Maidan no later than 12:30 PM, bringing with them necessary documents, including photo IDs and admit cards from their recruitment examinations. Other participants and attendees are expected to arrive by 3:30 PM to witness this pivotal ceremony.
The distribution event marks yet another step in Tripura’s efforts to bolster state employment and streamline public service efficiency.
