Shocking Tragedy: Trust Betrayed as Property Dealer Found Dead in Burning Car – Friends Accused of Robbery and Murder
A property dealer from Ghaziabad, Sanjay Yadav, was found dead in a burning car in Nagla Nainsukh, with police revealing that he was choked to death by his friends. The chilling discovery was made on October 22, when Sanjay’s charred body was located inside his Toyota Fortuner SUV in the Dadri police station area. Further investigation led to the arrest of his friends, Vishal Rajput and Jeet Choudhary, who have confessed to the murder.
According to the police, the trio, having met on a Monday, consumed beer together, after which Vishal and Jeet used a dog collar to strangle Sanjay. Motive pointed towards a robbery, as the perpetrators looted cash and specific jewelry, including two gold rings, a chain, and a bracelet from him. The suspects then transported Sanjay’s body to a remote area, doused it with petrol, and set the vehicle ablaze to conceal their crime.
Following a complaint filed by Sanjay’s family, who noted he left home with Vishal and Jeet and referenced some jewelry-related issues, the police initiated their probe leading to these arrests. The stolen ornaments have since been recovered from the arrested individuals. The accused have been jailed, and authorities are continuing their investigation for further clarity on the case details.
