CBS assured that when it edits interviews, whether with politicians, athletes, or actors, it aims for clear, accurate representation. Adding to the controversy, Trump, during a Fox News interview, urged for the release of the unedited tapes, implying possible legal action. He criticized Harris as “slow, incoherent, and in no way qualified to be President,” suggesting CBS edited out unfavorable portions of her answers.
