On October 16, Sharmila took to social media platform X to express her discontent, highlighting Lokesh’s pride in securing 21 out of 22 promised seats for Prime Minister Modi, yet failing to address the local pledges. Sharmila accused the current administration of neglecting the state, pointing to unfinished projects like the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and the Polavaram project. She noted the irony of the Chief Minister’s frequent visits to New Delhi, which have yet to result in fulfilled promises from Modi. Furthermore, Sharmila urged Lokesh to transparently communicate his plans for the state, reflecting her dissatisfaction with his recent statements on a television program.
