Guwahati: A batch of 34 spirited National Cadet Corps (NCC) girl cadets, accompanied by their instructors, spent an enriching day with Indian Army troops in Tinsukia district, Assam, on Saturday. The event, themed ‘A Day with Company Commander,’ offered an immersive experience into the daily life of army personnel.
During their visit, the cadets were introduced to rigorous training regimens and advanced military equipment, providing them a firsthand look at the preparations and capabilities of the Indian Army. Besides observing, the cadets actively participated in various team-building activities such as tug of war and musical chairs, fostering camaraderie and teamwork.
As the day unfolded, the cadets engaged in interactive sessions with the soldiers, where they learned about the diverse challenges and experiences faced by troops stationed at the frontline.
