In the early hours today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held significant bilateral discussions with Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid al-Sabah in New York, coinciding with the UN General Assembly (UNGA). The dialogue focused on enhancing the historical and robust ties between India and Kuwait, underpinned by strong people-to-people connections and mutual interests.

In a parallel engagement, Prime Minister Modi also conferred with Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Their conversation centered on deepening the longstanding and multifaceted partnership between India and Nepal, emphasizing cooperative efforts across various sectors.

Additionally, Prime Minister Modi participated in the CEO Roundtable, concentrating on emerging technologies. During this event, he met with Dr. Krishna Singh of Holtec International. Their discussion highlighted Holtec’s plans to expand its manufacturing operations in India and explored avenues for increased collaboration in the field of atomic energy.

These meetings underscore Prime Minister Modi’s proactive approach in strengthening India’s diplomatic and economic relationships on the global stage, fostering international cooperation and technological advancement.
