Celebrating Progress: Deba Kumar Mishra Takes Charge as Kamrup District Commissioner in Assam
Deba Kumar Mishra, an Assam Civil Service Officer, officially assumed his new role as the District Commissioner of Kamrup District, taking over from outgoing District Commissioner Keerthi Jalli. Prior to this, Mishra served as the District Commissioner of Sonitpur District. The handover ceremony, held at the Integrated District Commissioner’s Office in Kamrup, was marked by a formal meeting attended by all officers and employees.
During the ceremony, Keerthi Jalli was honored with a farewell for her contributions to Kamrup district, while Deba Kumar Mishra received a warm welcome. In his inaugural address, Mishra emphasized his dedication to improving public administration and fostering closer connections with the people.
