Winners must submit an intact lottery ticket along with a filled and signed claim form, a government-approved photo ID, and passport-sized photos. Tampered or damaged tickets are automatically disqualified.

Distributors are authorized to pay prizes up to Rs 10,000. For winnings exceeding this amount, claims must be submitted within 30 days to the Director of Nagaland State Lotteries or relevant Nodal Office. Required documents include the original ticket and claim forms. Prize payments are processed within 60 days.
