Adding to the bustling real estate activities among Bollywood stars, director Sajid Khan has sold his Juhu apartment for a hefty Rs. 6.1 crore, as per a report reviewed by Square Yards. The property, situated in the prestigious Beach House Co-operative Housing Society, is renowned for its upscale neighborhood and stunning beachfront views.
Juhu, located on Mumbai’s western coast, is celebrated for its luxurious lifestyle, prime real estate, and vibrant atmosphere. The area is sought after by celebrities, professionals, and businesspeople due to its scenic views of the Arabian Sea and close proximity to high-end amenities. It is a locale synonymous with affluence and attractiveness, making it a prime spot for those looking to enjoy a lavish lifestyle.
Khan’s apartment boasts a spacious built-up area of 2,176 sq. ft. (~202 sq. m.) and includes a dedicated car parking space of 220 sq. ft. (~20 sq. m.). The property transaction, officially registered in June, required a stamp duty of Rs. 36.6 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Sajid Khan’s journey in the entertainment industry began as a TV show host for “Main Bhi Detective” in 1995. He marked his directorial debut with “Darna Zaroori Hai” in 2006, an anthology film where he directed one segment. He garnered widespread fame for directing hits like the “Housefull” series, “Heyy Babyy” (2007), and “Humshakals” (2014). Khan also served as a judge on the popular Indian reality TV show “Nach Baliye” and is the brother of renowned choreographer Farah Khan. His latest media appearance was as a contestant on “Bigg Boss 16,” where he finished in 10th place.
