Kerala’s Sampoornata Abhiyaan Ignites Hope in Kollengode and Devikulam: Transforming Lives in Palakkad and Idukki!

Sampoornata Abhiyaan Campaign Launched in Kerala to Boost Development in Aspirational Districts

In a bid to accelerate development in designated Aspirational districts and blocks, the Sampoornata Abhiyaan campaign was launched on Friday, July 5, 2024, in Kerala. The initiative commenced activities in Kollengode Block in Palakkad district and Devikulam Block in Idukki district. As part of the campaign, a series of camps, including health camps and soil testing, along with tutorials and exhibitions by various government departments, have been organized.

The main event of the Sampoornata Abhiyaan campaign is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 6, 2024, in Agali Block, a tribal area within Palakkad district, and in Azhutha Block in Idukki district. This three-month campaign, spearheaded by NITI Aayog, is set to run until September 2024.

The campaign aims to foster development across multiple themes, including health, nutrition, agriculture, and social development. Its primary objective is the holistic upliftment of regions included in the Central Government’s Aspirational District Program and Aspirational Block Program.
