In the Diyun Zilla Parishad constituency, NCP candidate Sache Singpho emerged victorious, defeating Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Lathow Onggam by a margin of 210 votes. Similarly, Maulin Agan from the NCP won in the Bordumsa constituency, securing a win over BJP candidate Thinnong Umbu by 177 votes. These dual victories highlight a strong wave of support for the NCP in the region, which is expected to impact local governance significantly within the Bordumsa–Diyun belt.
