IPU Partners with International Vaccine Institute for Global Health Advancement
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Vaccine Institute (IVI) in South Korea, aimed at fostering collaboration in vaccine research, training, and tool development. This partnership will facilitate discussions between the two institutions to leverage their expertise in scientific and technical reviews and provide consultancy services in vaccine research and development.
Under this agreement, IPU and IVI will work together to identify funding opportunities, streamline the preparation of necessary documentation, and align their strategic goals to maximize the impact of their joint initiatives. The institutions plan to co-host workshops, seminars, and conferences on diverse vaccine-related topics, promoting knowledge sharing and building capacity in this vital field.
During the signing ceremony, IPU Vice Chancellor Prof. Mahesh Verma expressed that this MoU signifies a pivotal moment for advancing research and development of innovative vaccines. He emphasized the commitment of both institutions to making significant contributions to public health through their collaborative efforts.
