Amid Rising Tensions with China and Bangladesh, India Deploys Advanced Defense Systems to Vulnerable Siliguri Corridor

The country has deployed BrahMos cruise missiles, capable of striking land and sea targets up to 500 kilometers away, and a multi-tiered air defense system to protect the Siliguri Corridor from low-flying threats. Furthermore, the Indian military has restricted drone flights within a 10-kilometer radius of the international boundary in sensitive border areas.
