Minister Counsels IGNOU Graduates to Remain Lifelong Learners
Nagaland’s Minister for Tourism and Higher Education, Temjen Imna Along, spoke at the 38th convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University’s (IGNOU) regional center in Kohima.
