- Present the original ticket, along with a copy of the lottery claim form.
- The ticket must be in its original and undamaged condition.
- Attach a government-approved photo ID and passport-sized photos to the claim form.
- Tickets with tampering or damage are not accepted.
• Payment Schedule: Claims exceeding Rs 10,000 must be submitted to the Director, Government of Nagaland, or Nodal Office in the relevant state, within 30 days of the draw date. The original prize-winning ticket and other documents must also be submitted along with the claim form to receive payment within 60 days.
