Urgent Alert: Strict Security Measures Enforced for HSLC & HS Exams by Cachar Administration to Ensure Safe and Fair Testing
In a determined move to ensure the integrity of the 2025 HSLC and Higher Secondary Final Examinations, the Cachar district administration has enacted stringent security measures to curb any malpractice or disruptions. District Magistrate Mridul Yadav announced that prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, have been enforced to guarantee a fair and transparent examination process.
The HSLC exams will run from February 15 to March 3, spanning 44 designated centers, while the Higher Secondary Final Examinations will take place from February 13 to March 17 at 28 schools and colleges. To maintain order, the administration has imposed a strict prohibition on unauthorized gatherings within a 100-meter radius of the examination centers.
These actions reflect a zero-tolerance stance towards any external interference, with authorities diligently working to ensure that the examinations proceed smoothly.
