Disney Branded Television revealed earlier this year that “Phineas and Ferb” would return with 40 fresh episodes spread over two seasons. Fans will be thrilled to know that the original cast is returning. Vincent Martella reprises his role as Phineas, David Errigo Jr. as Ferb, and Ashley Tisdale as Candace. Additional returning cast members include Caroline Rhea as Linda, Dee Bradley Baker as Perry the Platypus, Alyson Stoner as Isabella, and creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff Marsh as Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram, respectively.
Originally airing in 2007, “Phineas and Ferb” captured the hearts of both children and adults, running for four successful seasons and producing 126 episodes, specials, a musical, and two feature films until it concluded in 2015. The upcoming season plans to seamlessly continue the series, showcasing another 104 days of summer filled with inventive escapades. Meanwhile, Candace remains determined to catch her inventive brothers in the act, and Agent P (Perry the Platypus) continues his mission to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s schemes in the Tri-State Area.
